All Hands In Team
Barbara Anderson founded All Hands In in 2010 and serves as President of the organization. After being involved in Human Trafficking awareness for several years prior, she began to realize that this issue was a local issue and the exploitation of women and girls was happening in our own backyard and communities needed to become involved in this issue.
Barbara served as National President of American Baptist Women’s Ministries from 2009-12, which allowed her a platform to speak on the issues of human trafficking and other issues that concern women across the country. In addition, she joined the Zonta Club of Arlington, an international women’s organization that addresses women’s issues and advocates for women around the world. She is a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Arlington, serving on the Deacons and Missionary Outreach Boards. Barbara has received the Women of the Year award from the Boston Baptist Social Union and the Unsung Heroine Award from the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women. She has earned a B.A. and M.Ed. from Gordon College and has been an administrator for 30 years at Harvard University.
On March 31st, Barbara will receive the “Women Making a Difference” Award from the Zonta Club of Malden.
